On Jan 28 2011 OnceBittenTwiceShy wrote, In September 2009 they had a VERY bad infestation and when I brought it to the manager's attention that I had not only been bitten by some in the night but also HAD ONE CAPTURED IN A PLASTIC BAD TOO PROVE IT) he said that it was probably just a bug that got on me while I was standing on the balcony. They woudl NOT refund my money and after a $300 extermination bill I tell everyone I can not to go there.
