On May 11 2012 whoopsy2 wrote, ...This time the microscopic bathroom had peeling wallpaper, a broken faucet, HVAC system control was broken, tired furnishing and dusty ! I had the hotel manager inspect the room and he agreed to reimburse our stay. Weeks later now, we still have not been compensated for paying for a superior room that was a total ripoff. One positive, we didn't notice any bed bugs as was noted in another review.

On Oct 18 2011 ...service person told me they used an exterminator and had my room checked that there were no bed bugs. My physician was positive that my bites were indeed from slleeping on a mattress with bed bugs. The hotel said it has 30 rooms a month checked and they never have had bugs, seems to me they are on good terms with exterminators so they can avoid making this list. I will never do business with this...

On Oct 16 2011 AHEINER wrote, Bed Bugs! Stay away from this disgusting hotel. I found bedbugs under my mattress and then I was switched to a new room and there were hairs on the sheets. It was just FILTHY! The manager was so incredibly unprofessional and rude. He refused to comp the room and actually smirked at me when I was trying to explain how disgusting and unacceptable this was. I left and went to another hotel and he didn't...
