On Dec 30 2011 Stayed Dec 9-11. Shared room with 3 other family members. Two of us slept in same bed and we also wore bathrobes provided. Days after our return we each broke out with bites. Mine so severe that I had to go to ER. I called hotel to advise them and the GM did call me but seemed very Blaise and unconcerned.

On Sep 30 2011 September 2011. Found bed bug in my briefcase after leaving the hotel. Stayed on the 8th floor. No bites.

On Oct 17 2010 During the last night of 7 night stay,was bitten by something.On check-in,I completely dismantled the bed/room checking for bedbugs.saw no sign.Did go to 4 shows,all at different theaters.Got home and laundered all clothes in hot water followed by hot,hot dryer.Actually found very small bug in clothes on arrival home.yuck.Notified management

On Jan 2 2010 Disappointed_09_NYC wrote, ...constantly had back pain during our stay. On top of all that, the bed was infested by some sort of bug because we were itching severely at night. Although the sheets were changed, the problem persisted implying that the mattress was source of the infestation. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone as it had failed to meet the minimum standard for a 4 star hotel (or 1 star for that matter)....
