On Jan 2 2010 Brooke wrote, On 12/12/09, my husband and I stayed in room 22 and upon waking up found bugs crawling on both of the beds. We called the maintenance man whom came in and removed the bedding and stated that he would replace the mattresses. We were issued a full refund.
