On Jan 5 2012 ...is to help people make decisions but it almost cost me an important client. Doesn't the state have to verify bed-bug complaints. On Aug 26 2011 The hotel name is now Baymont Inn & Suites. Checked into the hotel and after inspection of the mattress located bed bug feces at the headboard. Hotel maintenance was called and agreed with the assessment. Was moved to a second room where the matress and box springs was were in a bed bug encasement. Was moved to a third room which was clear upon examination. The hotel made no apology for what amounted...
