On Dec 25 2012 Extended Stay Customer wrote, ...bumps and blood stains on the sheets and mattress! I pulled the sheets back and killed about 10-15 bed bugs smearing blood along the way! After removing all the sheets I noticed they don't even use mattress covers! Disgusting! I then showed the staff and they informed me they would move me to a third room. So I stayed calm and moved to the third room. I stayed in this room for one night after awakening...
