On Aug 7 2012 unpleased customer wrote, We stayed in this hotel from 8/3 - 8/5/12 and not only did 5 cars (included one of ours) got broke into that weekend but we were informed that this was one of the worst hotels in Columbus for bed bugs. The beds were hard, the pillows sucked, this hotel sucked allaround! So far we havent seen any bugs but so help them if we do.

On Jun 28 2012 When I first got into the room and sat on the bed, I saw a small blackish beetle. The front desk assured me it wasn't a bed bug but refunded my money and I went elsewhere.

On Jun 23 2011 Stayed one night late May, one week later both of us started fighting them at our homes. In room Sheets were not ironed, and cigarette burn in one sheet, place needs some upkeep. Bugs appeared in two homes a week later.

On May 31 2011 I have 11 bed bug bites on my body my daughter has 9, my niece has 11. I checked in on May 28th and checked out on May 29th. I informed the person at the desk that I saw 3 live bugs in my room (510) and nothing was said or done. The man, who requested anonymity, said that he was staying at the Clarion Hotel on East Dublin-Granville Road over the weekend, when he was bitten by bed bugs, 10TV's AJ Smith reported.
