When we finally got back to hotel the manager was rude and told us we could only get an upgrade and couldn't give us a refund as i didn't even want to touch the bed for fear of bed bugs. Manager gave us a "jacuzzi suite" which was just as dirty with globs of hair in the bathtub and the light bulb in the jacuzzi are blown out. NEVER STAY HERE!

On Sep 29 2009 JC wrote, Just checked in and out of a this hotel. My boyfriend pulled back the sheet and we saw - yes SAW - bedbugs crawling on the bed. We're hoping upon hopes they didn't get on any of our stuff. We got a full refund ten minutes after checking in without a single pushback from management.
