On Nov 9 2009 butrfly wrote, ...just looked clean. We were exhausted, it was late & we were only staying one night, so we kept it, hoping we wouldn't run into bed bugs. The bed was very comfortable & the bath seemed clean enough, though the toilet left something to be desired. Room had refrigerator & microwave, though someone had left a drink in the fridge. Spouse called the secretary & told her never to book this hotel again.

On Nov 4 2009 Publius2003 wrote, ...bathroom. The lighting in the room was very poor. At least the bed was comfortable, and I saw no signs of bed bugs (thank ____). I reserve giving a hotel a 1 for situations where it is shock-the-conscious bad. That is why I ended up giving this one a 2. Perhaps I am being too ____ this hotel, but given the quality I would expect from a hotel carrying this brand, this hotel fell woefully short.

The furniture is old and the "suite" TV has been removed and replaced by a 2nd desk. The bathroom door won't say open and is also difficult to close. The hallway rugs are worn out, etc. I don't understand how Comfort Suites can allow such a rundown hotel to use...
