On Jun 4 2012 Tony S wrote, The hotel smelled, service was terrible, spoke with a "manager" about a bed bug issue but she knew nothing about her hotel or customer service. Room wasnt bad just dated. Breakfast was bad. People were just rude and wouldnt recoment it to anyone.

On Jul 18 2011 dt7411 wrote, ...also told the clerk that there was a problem with the a/c, leaking water as the the carpeting soaked. That was ignored by them. Finally after midnight I was able to get 2 towels and washcloths for the next day. Oh yeah, some from our group complained of evidence of bedbugs, were moved to 5 different rooms before they found the room to be okay. That room had no bedbugs, but the shower didn't work.
