On Aug 31 2011 Mark A wrote, 5th floor room was quiet. Staff was nice Bed bugs. Bathroom had no vanity, no shelves. Used the toliet tank for shelf. Bed bug bites, hopefully did not bring home.

We are now fighting a bedbug infestation that the bug experts say came from there. It is costing us thousands to fix. I am a very clean person and will not let my home have ONE bug.
