On Jul 31 2012 Our first room on the first floor smelled musty. They moved us to the second floor, and that room smelled dirty. In the morning I caught a bed bug in a cup! On Jul 29 2012 Bedbug found the next morning! The woman at the front desk was helpful, but the maintenance man and another man (I believe the manager on duty) said it was "just" a bug, and not a bedbug.
