On Sep 6 2012 monessen wrote, ...nothing special and the staff here seemed to make do with the problems. The elevators could be terribly slow.I found the brown sheer drapes to be rather depressing. The color makes them appear dirty. Pool area was o.k. Breakfast was fine, and the bar was not bad. Good location to the Browns stadium and rock and roll hall of fame. My overall stay here was fine, and no sign of any dreded bed bugs!

On Jul 8 2011 Paterno12 wrote, The Doubletree Hotel in Cleveland has terrible customer service, however they do offer BED BUGS and dirty socks in most rooms. I can't believe the way our family was treated last weekend, and they don't want to do anything for us. I guess we will never stay at any Hilton Hotel ever again.
