On Oct 27 2012 NorCal_ds wrote, ...small for such a large property. Also, it is not very secure as it is located near the Saks entrance and a card is not needed to enter. My colleague stayed in a different room and found a BED BUG! He brought it down to the manager and they took care of it but I am not interested in staying in Hotels with Bed Bugs. There are other Hotels in the vicinity that have better rooms and nicer amentities.

On Jun 19 2012 Cyrus wrote, ...we did research on major websites like Mayo Clinic and the CDC to try to figure out if these sores could be bed bugs. Pictures and information seemed to confirm that this was the case; however, no airtight case can ever be made absent actually identifying the bed bugs. I contacted the hotel to report our experience. The hotel informed me that they had no open bed bug cases pending resolution.
