On Jun 30 2012 I saw a bedbug on the pillow in December 2011. Hotel staff was very accomodating and offered to dryclean my clothes and luggage. I did not ask for a refund but I would not stay there again.

On Sep 26 2011 ...weeks later, I started breaking in out bites and hives. The dermatologist diagnosed the rash as bed bug bites. For a month I continued to be bitten on a daily basis. (It is not unusual for only one person to react to bug bites in a household). We never could locate a single bug, which is common for early infestations. On Aug 8 2011 Bitten wrote, Kim, the preventative measures you claim to be taking aren't working. I too was covered in bed bug bites after a stay at this hotel (May 2011). Upon closer inspection of the mattress, the tell tale signs of bed bugs was evident, yet hotel staff acted as if they couldn't care less and dismissed the issue. Terrible experience. Will never stay here again!

There were several different hair types too, so who knows if the sheets were even changed from the previous guests! We call the front desk and request a manager to come and take a look.
