On Sep 21 2012 Michael M wrote, Stayed in this hotel in 2011. It is the only bedbug experience I've ever had in a hotel. Checked in at 11pm and checked out at 11:30pm. The front desk spent the better part of a half hour arguing with me about the situation. Kept offering to move me to a different room despite my request for a refund to get out of their hotel. Finally a call to the manager or owner got me my refund. Never again.
