On Mar 5 2012 To all regarding the "bedbug" exterminators were called to the hotel and gave an all clear to the entire facility I was there when they gave the report.

On Mar 3 2012 Date: 3/1/2012 Hotel smelled very strongly of chemical sulfur. Fumigating? Date: 3/2/2012 Captured a live bed bug after it had bitten a guest. No other evidence was found of bedbugs, EXCEPT one dead one (in addition to the live one).

On Nov 17 2010 Michael Sapara, GM wrote, ...against the hotel and take these issues very seriously. Please note that this specific issue on bedbugregistry.com was never documented, nor brought to the attention of any of our staff members, nor were there any refunds issued during the times claimed. Further, if "the majority" of the group, as claimed, had problems, something would have been reported. We understand that this is a serious issue...

On Sep 5 2010 ...A very large majority of my coworkers, many staying on all different floors, all reported seeing and/or being bitten by bed bugs. After seeing some myself, I alerted the hotel and they acted oblivious to this problem, one I'm sure many guests have complained about. Why don't ALL hotels these days have foam mattresses, as bed bugs cannot live inside them? The Park Inn has conventional mattresses.
