On Sep 22 2011 ...in Columbus, OH on Sept 19, 2011 for one night. My daughter stayed in Room 128 and discovered bedbugs in her bed. She called the Front Desk but was told they had no other rooms so she spent the night w/ us. I was later told by the Front Desk they'd gotten approval to have her stay in a larger room which they weren't using because it had a broken TV; but she'd already moved her bags so we declined....

On Mar 14 2011 stayed on 2.19.11 and found many bedbugs in room 207. they looked to be coming from behind the headboard, they were also under the sheets, on and around the mattress. management was apologetic very quick to rectify situation and came upstairs immediately with a key to a new room(225?), which after a thorough search, appeared bedbug free. they also comped the room as well that night. not sure if this...
