On Aug 31 2011 Hotel wrote, Please be aware that on 7/1/11 a false post of bed bugs at our property. After research and testing, it was concluded that this was not a bed bug infestation. There are records that verify this. The room in question was rented the days following this guest stay, which confirms that there was no infestation. On Jul 11 2011 07/10/2011 My husband and I stayed last night at the Hilton. Around 10:30 in the evening we got up from taking a nap, he say down at the desk to check his email on his laptop and a bed bug came crawling across his arm. This was room 423.
