Being the first ever case of bed bugs in this hotel since opening, I can tell you I was surprised when she called to report. I personally helped her move all her things to a new room at 11:30pm, then checked on her several times throughout her stay to make sure everything was better in the second room. On Nov 1 2010 On 10-01-2010 I checked in and saw one bug on the bed. I had never see bedbugs before so I killed it and thought nothing. In the night I felt them crawling on me. I was bitten 3 times and scared. They moved my room and so far I don't see any here but feel disgusting staying here
