On Oct 13 2012 There are bed bugs ALL OVER my bed, I can't even sleep here. And I paid for two nights. Called to get a refund and the guy at the front desk just laughed at me and blew me off. Said I needed to talk to the manager in the morning about getting a refund on tomorrow night.
