On Sep 4 2011 Stayed here for two nights and was bitten like crazy by what I suspect are bed bugs - have tiny red bumps all over my arms and legs. Unfortunately, I didn't notice them until the second night. Told front desk and they were quite unsympathetic and unhelpful. Hotel is great, but I would not go again simply due to the infection risk.

On Apr 7 2011 I was reading in bed at about 5:00 in the morning and noticed a very fat bed bug crawling across the white sheets. I have inspected the room for other evidence of bed bugs but not found any. The bug obviously must have feasted on me last night as it is full of blood but I cannot find the mark on me. I will be reporting the incident to management this morning and requesting a different room.
