On Nov 3 2010 T2inSF wrote, ...or WiFi were provided. When was the last time you had to struggle to cover yourself for room service in a "4 star" hotel? We use Hotwire as a spontaneous way to explore new hotels we may visit again. We definitely will never stay at the San Jose Crowne Plaza by choice in the future, especially considering the recent post from another Tripadvisor traveler describing his bedbug experience. Eeek!
