On May 16 2012 Willui wrote, ...time and didn't say a word AT ALL! We didn't think anything of it, but then we found SEVERAL bed bugs (BIG AND SMALL) on both beds! The manager was not willing to give a refund, even though we were only there for a total of 2 hours. She just kept offering us another room. We left and went to Oxford Suites. Much better.
