On Jul 22 2012 Kita6 wrote, ...stay in That room, not that we had him but it smelled like Urine, the Bed had hair in it the tub was filthy , the couch had to have been gray ,but it was black. I sprayed lyso on the Phone and wiped it , it was full of dirt(Bed Bugs) had to have been in that room-building. Guest services were horrible ( Mrs Barbara is her name) she cared less about our complained. So we Admittedely got a refund.

On Oct 4 2011 Cathleen C. wrote, Evening of 8/14/11, after dinner out, I returned to our ground floor room and turned down the bed. I usually look for bugs by pulling the bottom sheet loose and lifting the corner of the mattress. Sure enough, a bedbug scurried out from between the box springs and mattress. We notified management and left for another hotel.
