On Jun 22 2012 Ed & Tim wrote, ...They were lying in bed watching tv and my husband felt something on his arm. He checked the bed and found several bugs not only on his bed but also on my son's bed. He called and had his room changed and immediately went to check the beds only to find both of them infested as well. The manager then wanted to send them to another room but they both left and checked into another hotel. Disgusting!

Really, not something you want to hear first thing in the morning, especially when you are paying to have some rest and relaxation. Besides customer service and cleanliness, what does a hotel really have to offer. I felt I got neither. The best part of my stay was the wireless was free and easy to access and I didn't bring home bed bugs.

On Sep 22 2010 RoyMcAvoy wrote, ...and got the room for $65. So we fell we got good value for our overnight stay. It was clean but outdated. We asked about the bed bug issue and they said they have taken care of it. Our room had none. The air conditioner did not work but it was cool enough. I would venture outside the hotel for food.
