On May 21 2012 Klaus P wrote, ...on business in the Bay Area since about 15 years. I never in my years of travel had a problem with bed bugs before. I checked in to room 210 and woke up around 3 AM because I was itching all over my arms, upper body and face. This is when I noticed these bed bugs crawling all over the sheets. On May 12 2012 DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It is filthy and dirty and infested with vermin, roaches, bed bugs, you name it. I got a serious staph infection because they reuse dirty linen. They will not refund your money which is why they have a no refund policy because they know people will pay, leave and the next sucker will pay and leave.

On May 5 2012 SInead C wrote, ...and yelling all night. This place was a nightmare and their "friendly" staff should be deported to India where this hotel would be considered four stars. If you like living in poverty, noise and filth, this is the place to be and the idiots who gave this place more than 1 star must either have stock in Days Inn, work at this miserable establishment, or like bed bugs, staph infections and filth.

On Dec 19 2011 lefty wrote, ...I was told I owuld have to call in the morning. I did so and was told I had to call the manager. I called the Manager and was told "____ you" by him. I asked for imformation about he owners and was told that the owners had nothing to do with the business. After reading aobut the bedbugs- I'm glad I never went into the room. The cost of extemrinating a home after the bugs follow is extreme.

Even look under the microwave, very disgusting! 4) I saw a roach come out of the table, Nasty! 5) I assume this place has bed bugs because I had hives and bumps and was very itchy the whole stay. This is the worst hotel experience, your better off staying at Motel 6 or in your car. Don't believe the + reviews or any of the online pictures. This place needs a total overhaul.

On Jul 26 2011 Booked a 6 night stay here. First night, I had bites all over my legs. Asked to switch rooms, and was given an even dirtier room. Requested a refund from manager who refused. Called Days Inn customer service who backed up manager because my rate was 'non-refundable'. Ended up leaving anyway (waste of $400+). I'd recommend never, ever staying at this location as the manager is a crook. Further more,...

I called Day's Inn/Wyndham hotels to complain and see if they'd help convince Bill to refund my money (I was in town for a 6 day stay). They stated that the owner/operator was the only one who could authorize a refund despite their "promise" of quality customer care....

On Feb 26 2008 Days Inn Fremont Ca wrote, started staying at the days inn oct 21st 2007. the night of oct 25th i received a "bug bite" while staying at the hotel. It was three little bites in a row. I disregarded the bites thinking I was allergic to the hotel soap/ cleaning agents because there were three in a row. On the 27th I woke up with 120+ bug bites. I asked the people I was traveling with and they also had bites. Clearly not as bad...

My husband got it all on video tape. We got so ____ out we left that same night and demanded our money back and the guy at the reception actually admitted that the room was infested with bed bugs and they were not supposed to rent that room.
