On Apr 14 2012 admiraltravelOrlando wrote, I went to this hotel for my brothers wedding and woke up with red dots all over my body. When I did a quick internet search, I found out they were bedbug bites. I immediately called down to the front desk and was told there is nothing they could do about it. I immediately packed up and moved to another hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

On Jun 9 2011 ...had huge red welts all over her arms and hands. She saw her doctor immediately and was told they were definitely bed-bug bites (by a doctor who no longer wanted to stand near her, which is also humiliating.) This hotel is the ONLY place she could have gotten the bites. When we reported it to the hotel management, they denied every having any problems, but said they would have Terminix spray it.

On Jan 7 2011 We stayed at this hotel the month before and had no problem. This time, we were covered in bites within days of staying at the hotel. (one person on the legs, primarily; the other, on the arms.) Management was very responsive after being notified. Our room was closed off and the exterminator was called. I think that we would stay here again, with some caution.

On Dec 14 2010 We found 2 cockroaches in the tub, and we woke up with bites all up our legs. Not a very nice place despite its lofty room charge.
