The front desk man said the bed bugs are normal in hotels of US and just offered to change the rooms. On Jan 15 2012 I stayed at this Inn for two days on Jan 3 & 4, 2012. I got bite for bed bugs on the first night, so I slept on the car for the another night. After the first day, I talked to the staff and requested to change to another room, but he said no vacancy room on that time. I am very unhappy about this experience, and bed bugs destroy my travel.

On Dec 2 2010 ...of the 21st my arms and neck were covered in bites. They don't stop itching for about two weeks! I contacted the management and they lied and said this was the first they had ever heard of something like this in their hotel, There are a few reports of bed bugs on Trip Advisor about this hotel where they specifically said they told the front desk!
