On Jun 4 2012 Stayed there Friday night June 1. The bed had a clear plastic film between the mattress and the sheet, which should have been a tip off. I guess this film was supposed to keep the bed bugs away from me - it did not work. I checked out the next morning, with bites all over, and they gave me the room for free. They promised that the manager would call me but she never did. STAY AWAY!

On Apr 2 2012 Aimee wrote, ...I used in the hotel and contacted the hotel. The manager wad not in. I went to see my doctor first thing Saturday morning where she verified they were bed bug bites and gave me a topical steroids cream. Tried calling the hotel management 2 more times, no response from the manager. Contacted the corporate office and left a message with Brooke in Guest Services and waiting to hear back from her.
