On Nov 5 2012 I stayed for a week. Upon departure I was covered in bites. I found one in my bed, but had never seen a bed bug and so I didn't realize what I had stumbled upon. I stayed 10/28/12-11/2/11.

On Sep 19 2012 Tiffany M wrote, My room had BED BUGS! - they were literally crawling on the pillow when I walked in. I asked for a refund, but the receptionist told me I had to come back at 7am the next morning to speak with Theresa. I arrived at 7am, Theresa tells me the GM has to issue the refund and that she will call me later that afternoon. I received no calls. Net Net, my credit card was charged for 5 nights!

On Aug 29 2012 Meng How T wrote, Our room had bed bugs. We asked for a change of room, but the receptionist told us there was no other room available, so we had to leave in the middle of the night to look for another hotel.
