On Dec 13 2011 Hopkins wrote, Arrived on Sunday 12/11/11 from LA. Woke up in the morning with bites on both hands, the back and around the neck. Asked to change the bedding. Too bad I booked it for two more days :-(. Now I won't be able to wear the short sleeve shirt for some time. Otherwise this is an excellent hotel.

On Dec 13 2011 dnamo wrote, I stayed at this hotel before and found it cozy and convenient. This time I arrived 11/12/11 and in the morning found a whole bunch of bed bug bites on the forearms and around the neck. Asked the staff to change the bedding and reported a problem. Today it looks worse. Will ask to change the room.
