On Jun 29 2011 ...this hotel multiple times, I proceeded to take off all the sheets and mattress padding to look for bed bugs. Towards the middle of the bed was a small black bug in the seam of the mattress. I immediately took my things and proceeded to the front desk. I calmly asked to speak with a manager and explained my encounter. They apologized and said they will take care of the matter, they checked me out...
