On May 7 2012 I believe I was exposed to bed bugs during my early May 2012 stay at the Westin in Pittsburgh. I found some empty egg casings on the sheets of both beds. Starwood hotels takes bed bug claims very seriously we have very detailed and specific procedures that we follow when such a claim is made.
