On Aug 12 2012 Jamessc75 wrote, I experience the worst stay @ this hotel. My room had BED BUGS in it. When I contacted that front office the manger came to my room & saw the bugs but he acted clueless to what bed bugs are. Only thing he did was offer another room. That room was okay however the AC ONLY WORKED if the setting was HIGH!

On Oct 24 2011 love2hope wrote, ...filthy, old & ugly furniture. Some family/ friends in other rooms reported mildew. We pulled comforts & sheets back, mattress looked clean, no bed bugs noticed (thank ____)! It rained & parking lot flooded. Great location, easy exit, plenty of restaurants, shopping plaza/ Wal-Mart. Need upgraded since location near by Military Base. (When was the last upgrade?) Three days max. Cheap in price!

On Feb 26 2011 rodsangel wrote, ...we could not get new ones until the next morning! So once I hung up with the front desk I noticed bed bugs on the pillow and on the wall! I took pictures and went downstairs to show the clerk who did not want to give me a refund and charged me for a night's stay. Long story short ended up calling the cops and plan to persue things legally for the way things were handled. I would not recommend this...
