Having bedbugs in every room and not taking care of the problem would be ridiculous. This is a nice place to stay and the rooms are clean. On Oct 14 2010 If you plan to stay here make sure you check your beds for bed bugs. Friends in two different rooms had them. Had rooms changed and the same thing happened in the next rooms and when they complained the guy at the desk said all the hotel have them. Some answer. I was to stay there but when I got the call about this I cancelled my reservations.

We were very pleased. When we arrived we needed extra pillows. They came instantly. Our room was on the 11th floor great. The pool was constantly being cleaned. It was crowded but it was okay.
