On May 1 2012 Woke up on 4/10 with bedbug bites in room 156. Management denied having bedbugs. Requested new room that night. In room 39 killed a live bed bug crawling on nightstand towards me. Moved to another room. Found no bedbug signs there. Also noticed 6 other rooms being fumigated. Management did nothing to mitigate situation or reimburse for luggage/ clothing cleaning. Still denying bedbug problems.

The General Manager Danny had the room checked and said there were no bed bugs. I requested another room for the night of the 10th and found a bed bug crawling toward me on the nightstand.
