On Aug 2 2010 KMSALW wrote, I specifically booked this hotel because I could find no bad reviews that mentioned bed bugs. So while I wish the hotel no ill will, I feel obligated to alert future travelers. I was eaten alive by bed bugs. Woke up after 2.5 hours, had over 15 bites, and saw 5 bed bugs of various sizes under my pillow. We were told they were unable to give us a refund, and the staff basically had no clue what to do...
