On Sep 12 2012 Carl wrote, I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Florence on Sept. 12,2012 room 229. this room also has bed bug.I reported it to the front desk and the manager refonded me on the room, but said they inspected the room and found no evadince of bed bugs.But I have the bite marks on my legs to prove it. This hotel has a "BIG PROBLEM" and they are not trying to take care of it! Do not stay at this hotel!

My mom and aunt were awaken to bites of bed bugs, the front part of my mom's bed was covered with the bed bugs. My mom had many bites on her arms.
