On Oct 8 2011 Fioribei wrote, The rooms are dirty.watch out for BED BUGS! Switched rooms 2 times and STILL bed bugs.major ugh. Terrible general manager.the employees are hospitable but the GM is HORRIBLE.don't stay here! The GM would not refund or accommodate.he told me to sleep in my car if I'm not happy with the room! Really? Wow.terrible, terrible.

On Sep 27 2010 A-in-Charlotte wrote, ...to the room and called the assistant general manager. The housekeep confirmed that it was bedbugs and began trying to catch them get them captured in a styrofoam cup. I loaded my stuff on the cart and left the room. The assistant general manager shows up with his 2 children and wearing an athletic jersey. He offered another room at a $30 discount. I declined and had the charge canceled on our credit...
