On Apr 5 2012 Stopped here with my extended family of 17 to get 3 rooms to get a goodnights sleep mid 15 hours drive, disgusted to find bedbugs, confirmed by the front desk clerk, in 2 of our 4 rooms. This hotel is nasty and the customer service we received after the fact was a joke as well! HORRIFIED!Not to mention hearing the maintenance man brag about how he got "hammered" the night before! On Apr 3 2012 Bed bugs found 15 minutes into being there, our money was refunded but the customer service we received or lack there of I should say, due to the severity of the situation, was a joke. my family of 17 all had rooms there and left immediately after finding them in 2 of our 4 rooms.
