On Nov 9 2011 Checked in on 10/26/11. The next morning we observed a bed bug on the pillow. After pulling mattresses up and looking underneath, we found several. Placed three in a plastic cup and took them to front desk/manager on duty where I was told they were ticks. We took the bugs home with us and had an exterminator verify that they were indeed bed bugs. Contacted both the hotel and the corporate headquarters...

On Jul 13 2011 Observed beg bug on the pillow on July 13, 2011. At first I thought it was dead because it was not moving at all even when I dropped into a plastic cup. Then it started moving and trying to climb out of the cup. I only saw the one but very concerned there were more. I checked out of the motel as scheduled on July 13th.
