On Aug 3 2012 EMSKEntucky wrote, Rude and told me to go to another hotel when ask about bed bugs the clerk was completely unfriendly and not helpful at all- I will never go to that hotel again and the chain itself is being hurt with employees such as herself

On May 14 2012 David D wrote, ...of little insects every morning. The entire time I stayed I feared that I would be attacked by bed bugs. Some of the front desk staff was good, while others were inattentive and nowhere to be found half the time. Very disappointing overall.
