I did see 1 small spider but there were no Bed Bugs as many have commented. Overall the room was average and the view was alright from our room. One thing i Can say is it was only 10 minutes from everything I mean it was perfect for getting to places and back quick.

On Oct 26 2011 After reading your reports, I called the hotel to cancel a reservation. The manager was extremely polite and interested in what I had to say. He said they were aware of the problem and have completely remodeled the hotel to get rid of them, including all new bedding, beds and furniture. I wonder if someone has stayed there within the last few weeks.

On Jul 28 2011 Emilee Rister wrote, July, 2011 I noticed a small reddish dead bug but ignored my daughters warnings. I am now covered in bites and our tractor is infested. Covenant Transport uses this hotel for employees that are staying in Chattanooga. I will contact them to stop using this dump. The hotel could care less. It is owned by foreigners!

On May 26 2011 I checked into this room on friday 19May2011, MY bed was entirely infested with bed bugs. They didnt even come look at them gave my money back and I left. So obviously they know there are bed bugs!

On Apr 27 2011 We checked into this hotel late at night on April 25, 2011. I had read a couple reviews that mentioned bed bugs on this property so the first thing I did upon check-in was inspect the bed. I immediately found bed bugs and checked back out of the hotel to find another place to stay. Don't stay here! There are nicer hotels on the same exit which may cost a bit more but are definitely worth it.

The first thing I did when I entered the room was check the bed for bed bugs and I found them right away. The hotel is a good value and is within a 15 minute drive to most attractions, but it isn't worth the possible risk of bringing bed bugs home with you. I definitely would not recommend this for families....
