On Jun 18 2012 Terrah B wrote, ...ran out of clean towels for the whole hotel). I was charged the full amount of my stay (both nights) when I checked in, but there were bed bugs and the hotel smelled like death (I'm not exaggerating) so we left but were not refunded any part of our funds. The hotel manager refused to give me proof that I was not staying. This was the worst experience we've ever had at a hotel! Avoid at all costs!
