On Aug 30 2011 lisav821 wrote, Not only did I get eaten alive by BEDBUGS they won't admit the problem or address the issue. The front staff have all been trained to respond "No, we don't have bed bugs because we check every day". They made it my fault when I raised the issue. The on site manager was Louis Carroll and he is greatly lacking in customer service skills. I'm covered in red welps! Avoid this esablishment.
