On Aug 6 2009 familyfunMidwest wrote, Nice new hotel. Looked clean. Staff was very friendly. but we were awoke in the mid night hours with bugs all over us and our children. These little beatle like flat reddish brown blood suckers were everywere! They dont move very quickly but we sure did! From now on we will always check under the sheets for tell-tell "matress freckles" We contacted the cdc but I wouldnt recomend this hotel.

About three hours after we had gone to bed (around midnight) I woke up to find bed bugs crawling everywhere on our beds! On Nov 29 2008 Holiday Inn Nashville The Crossings wrote, About 3 hours after going to sleep I woke up to use the restroom. When I turned on the light there were bugs all over my bed. They were crawling on the comforter and sheets. We asked the manager to come up and she did. When she saw them she basically said that they did have a bug problem, but they had replaced all the beds. We asked for our money back and they reimbursed us and we left at 12:30am....
