On Sep 15 2011 dsestep wrote, ...they didn't even give us fresh towels. The breakfast was a complete joke, they should just offer coffee. The coffee was ok. This hotel needs updating. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, like usually. Children were running back and forth two mornings in a row. I did not complain because usually I just stay somewhere else next time. I did not see any bedbugs. Will not stay there again.

We did a little online research and made a pharmacy visit to realize that the red itchy bumps were from BED BUGS. It's a shame too because the price and location was awesome,but I will definitely not be staying here ever again.

On Sep 14 2010 Went to the hotel for a football game on Friday September 10, 2010. I checked the mattress and sheets, but saw nothing. About five minutes later I saw a huge bed bug crawling on the wall from under the bed mirror. We called and reported the siting and were moved to another room, only to witness the exact same occurance.

In the volleyball players room across the hall #306 had 2 bed bugs. In my daughters room I found bed bug encasements on the box spring and mattress. The staff was aware that they had bed bugs and offered us another room.

After investigating and doing research we concluded that they were in fact bed bugs! We lifted the mattress up and found several bed bugs!
