On Aug 24 2011 On 7 20 11 me and my husband stayed at this hotel. We woke up the next morning to find little bite looking welts all over us. We asked the manager if they had bed bugs. He was indian and swore up and down that they didnt. We went to the hospital and the er doctor said they were the worst case of bed bug bites ever. We went back and showed the manager the paper work. He kept denying it.

On Nov 4 2008 Holiday Inn Newport I 40 Exit 435 wrote, I stayed in this hotel Tuesday night, October 28, 2008 and woke up the next morning with numerous bug bites on my torso. I had an allergic reaction to the bites which turned into angry, itchy hives. The management denies there are bugs in the room(104).I also have photos of the bites. Gwen
