On Dec 6 2012 Stayed at this hotel the evening of November 27 and woke up the next morning with a bedbug crawling on me. Got up and noticed several others on the bed. Looked on the other bed and noticed live bugs crawling there as well. Reported to hotel staff, who didn't act surprised but were apologetic. They have done what they can to make it right (reimbursement for luggage I threw away, etc.), but I still feel...

On Mar 15 2011 Randy wrote, Stayed at Ambassador on way to skiing over Spring Break Weekend. Woke up with bugs crawling on bed and face. Told front desk, but they could only apologize. Won't be back. They did help me wash everything to ensure that they would not travel with me.
